Here’s my favorite for the week.
I could spend a whole week telling you about this. There are so many things you can make with it! For those of you who aren’t familiar with it, It’s basically just pressed peanut powder. Before peanut butter is made, they add pressed peanuts to oil. So this is the tasty stuff, minus the oil and 45 calories per serving!!
I’ve added it to oatmeal, to greek yogurt, to honey. You can bake with it! You can drink it! So many options, (and always guilt-free!) but the protein shakes are definitely my favorite.
I get my PB2 in the peanut butter aisle of our local walmart or target, but GNC also sells it.
I have had a few of you ask about which protein powder I use. Right now, I’m using BSN Syntha 6 – vanilla ice cream flavor (they have a ton of flavors to choose from though) and it’s DELICIOUS! 21g of Protein per serving!
